Overview

If we receive an abuse complaint related to your service, you must respond within 24 hours. If there is no response, the server will be suspended. If we detect suspicious activity on your account, we may suspend your account and all of its associated services immediately. This may include suspected fraudulent payments, multiple services generating abuse complaints, history of abuse or non-response, and other cases. We reserve the right to also cancel your services for suspicious activity. Please keep in mind that we have an agreement with our IP lenders to act within a certain time frame, and take action on abuse that may harm IP reputation. If you are running a service that may harm our IP reputation or may be prohibited, you need to open a support ticket and describe the use case so that we can give you clearance.
