Overview

You pay for services in the Ascienth console. Invoices and top-ups are paid from a payment dialog that lists the methods available to you. New servers are paid from your account credit, so you add funds with one of these methods first.
A method only appears when it is switched on. If the payment dialog says there is no way to pay in the console, open a ticket in the client area.

Credit Card

In the payment dialog, choose Credit Card. You are taken to Stripe’s secure checkout page, where you can pay by card or with a supported wallet. The invoice is marked paid once Stripe confirms the payment, which usually takes a few seconds. A one-time card payment does not renew. To have a service renew on its own, turn on Pay this automatically on the service’s billing tab and save a card on Stripe’s page. Stripe then charges each renewal to that card until you turn it off. When an invoice can renew automatically, the dialog may also offer Credit Card (auto-renew), which pays the invoice and sets up automatic renewals in one step.

PayPal

In the payment dialog, choose PayPal. You can pay in one of two ways:
  • Go to PayPal. You are sent to PayPal to finish paying. Your PayPal account is not saved.
  • Pay with a saved PayPal account. Turn on Pay with a saved PayPal account and choose the account. The payment is taken without leaving the console. Choose Add a new PayPal account to save one first: you are sent to PayPal to approve it and then brought back to pay.
Saved PayPal accounts are listed on the “Payment Methods” page under “Billing” in the sidebar, where you can add or remove them. A saved account can also pay a service’s renewals automatically. See Automatic Payments.

Cryptocurrency

Choose the cryptocurrency option to pay once in Bitcoin or another supported coin. A crypto payment does not renew, so pay each renewal invoice yourself or keep enough account credit on your account. Confirmations can take a few minutes, and the invoice is marked paid once the transaction confirms.

Tebex

If your account was created before September 29th, 2026, you can also pay through Tebex in the client area. Accounts created on or after that date do not see this option. Choose Legacy in the payment dialog, pick Tebex, and press pay. You are sent to the invoice in the client area to finish paying. Tebex is offered when paying a single invoice from its page and when adding funds. It is not offered when paying several invoices at once.

NOWPayments

NOWPayments is only available to accounts that were created in the client area before August 24th, 2026. If your account was created on or after that date, it does not appear as an option. When it is available, you find it under Legacy in the payment dialog.
Payments made through NOWPayments are never refunded to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy.

Saved Payment Methods

The “Payment Methods” page under “Billing” lists the PayPal accounts you have saved, and which services each one pays automatically. Cards you use with Stripe are kept by Stripe, not by the console. Cards saved in the client area under our older billing system are listed on the “Legacy Payment Methods” page, where you can remove them. They are no longer used for new payments.
